Basic requirements to incorporate
a company in Malaysia for Foreigners
General Requirements:

A minimum paid-up capital of RM1 only

A minimum of one (1) director who is at least 18 years old and residing in Malaysia. Not a Bankruptcy

A minimum of one (1) shareholder (individual/corporate).

A minimum of one (1) Company Secretary (must be a member of any one of the prescribed professional bodies or licensed by SSM) [this will be provided by our SSM-approved company secretaries].
